In the heart of downtown, at the corner of Bishop and Maisonneuve, our project highlights the collaboration between the Pamika Group (Pamika Montréal, Pamika Wine Room, Mae Sri Thai) and Martin Hyu (Fleurs et Cadeaux, Sans Soleil), realized through the expertise of Anonymous Concepts and the construction know-how of Or Gueoula Construction. This Thai restaurant is designed to offer an urban and festive atmosphere, in contrast with Pamika’s traditional charm and Mae Sri’s street food vibe. Our goal was to create a space that combines modernity and functionality, thereby providing a new culinary experience.
