Belonging to the Pamika Group and spearheaded by Chef Pamika Sulka and Pascal Gonsales, this project aimed to spotlight and elevate Thai street food in Montreal. Located in the McGill Ghetto, we were involved from the visual conception to the renovation work and carpentry. This was one of the initial projects that solidly established us in the restaurant industry, holding sentimental value and a deep connection to this endeavor.
