This project was a remarkable collaboration between seasoned restaurateur Donato (of Restaurant Donato Westmount, Trattoria Gio, John Michael’s Pub) and Nadia, who brought her network of emerging young restaurateurs (Sommelier at Bar Henrietta, Mixologist at Fleurs et Cadeau-Sans Soleil, etc.) to the table. Our mission was to refurbish and restore the architectural woodwork of a space situated in the heart of Old Montreal. All the woodwork, deemed heritage, had to be restored to its original state—a challenging task that we accomplished with distinction. Additionally, we crafted a significant portion of the furniture.
